AND Phone Menu: Service Speeddial



Executing services by dialing a number



AND Phone Menu offers you to start a service just by dialing a specific phone number. This service is already available on classical IP PBX systems and can be used with an IP communications system as well.

Typical services are (example shortcuts in brackets):

  • Group Ring Tone on/off (*85/#85)
  • Silent Monitoring (*944)
  • Directories (*70)
  • Lock/Unlock IP Phone (*66)
  • Agent Status (*401)

The mentioned services are just some examples of services which can be invoked by dialing a number. Any service accessible can be flexible defined with your own shortcuts.

Besides offering fast access to services it is especially convenient when users are used to this feature on classical PBX systems.
