Reliable, fast and easy access to phone numbers from desktop applications is one important productivity gain for IP telephony. By offering dialing capabilities from any destop applications the dialing process is streamlined and error-prone dialing is prevented. To accelerate the dialing process and increase the efficiency of the IPT environment, Andtek introduces the AND Desktop application.
The AND Desktop application allows to dial a number on IP phones just by selecting the number in desktop applications and hitting a keyboard shortcut. Beside MS Office applications there is support for Acrobat, various Messanging tools as well as Internet browsers.
